Intermediate: Have experience using Advanced Beginner techniques and may have sewn some curves. An accurate and sometimes scant seam allowance is required; precision is integral to the pattern and/or there is extensive work with bias edges. Techniques may include: sewing with curves, bias edges, multiple on-point construction, accurate and consistent seam allowance. Intermediate patterns take a moderate amount of time to complete. 7-10 previous quilts made with varying techniques.

Mountain Horizon 2.0 is the updated version of an original Lo & Behold Stitchery pattern, now with nine sizes, revised construction methods, quilting ideas, paper templates, a project planner, and links to a trimming template and video.

Choose from 9 different sizes ranging from Wall Hanging to King. This pattern also includes cutting instructions for both yardage and F8, FQ, 1/4 yards, helpful diagrams, thorough instructions, quilting ideas, coloring pages, templates, a trimming video tutorial and a quilt planner to keep your project organized.

  • Fabric requirements assume non-directional fabrics and a 42" Width of Fabric (WOF). If it is less than 42", you may need additional yardage.
  • Fat Quarter (FQ) = 18" x 21"; you can use (2) Fat Eighths (F8) = 9" x 21" or (1) ¼ yard in place of a FQ.
  • Colors C and F use the entire 21" or 42" WOF.
  • Backing requirements assume a horizontal seam with at least 4" overage on all sides.
    • King Size Backing Only: Requires a minimum WOF of 43". If your WOF is less than 43", you will need additional yardage to achieve 4" overage on all four sides.
  • Pattern is for personal use only. Duplication of any kind is prohibited.
