An accurate and sometimes scant seam allowance is required; precision is integral to the pattern and/or there is extensive work with bias edges. Techniques may include: sewing with curves, bias edges, multiple on-point construction, accurate and consistent seam allowance. Intermediate patterns take a moderate amount of time to complete. 7-10 previous quilts made with varying techniques.
